Warranty period
Equipment is covered for 1 year from handover under DERUTU's policy. The exact period for each machine is stated on its warranty card.
Warranty scope
Manufacturing defects under normal use according to the instructions. Services within warranty scope are free of charge.
Not covered
Accessories and consumables; damage from misuse, wrong power supply, unsuitable materials or unauthorized repairs; natural disasters, fire and explosion. Items outside the scope or period of warranty are repaired for a fee.
Spare parts
The manufacturer commits to supplying spare parts for 6 years. Parts prices and delivery times are provided on request.
How to claim
We diagnose remotely, then ship parts or send a technician.
