First, a D70 or DM-MIX mixing sprayer automatically mixes and sprays the material so the gypsum bonds evenly to the wall. Dry powder is mixed in a closed environment, which means less dust and a more uniform mix than hand mixing.
Next, the DM machine levels the surface automatically to a smooth, precise finish. Surplus material scraped off can be returned to the sprayer.
This solution suits projects that use gypsum plaster on interior walls and ceilings, where a smooth surface is needed for direct painting or a thin skim coat.
