Choose by type of work, not by machine

Each solution is a set of equipment and a process the manufacturer has already combined: a machine that puts material on the wall, a machine that levels it, and the preparation and curing steps around them.

Solution 1

Automated plastering system

A robot sprays mortar up to 5.7 m, a DM machine levels it: fewer people, less climbing, clear data.

The DM-ACR-100 plastering robot maps the floor, moves on its own and sprays mortar onto walls up to 5.7 m high. The DM Leading PRO follows and levels the surface within 2 mm (manufacturer data).

Solution 2

Spray and level plastering

A sprayer puts mortar on the wall, a DM machine levels it. The easiest pair to start with.

A PC-18 or DP-220 sprays mortar under pressure. A DM Leading PRO (or DM Leading 3.2 m) levels it automatically. According to the manufacturer, a crew of 4 covers about 800 m² per shift.

Solution 3

Machine gypsum plastering

Mix and spray dry gypsum in a closed system, then level it smooth with a DM machine. Cleaner and more consistent.

A DM-MIX or D70 mixes dry gypsum with water and sprays it; a DM machine levels it automatically. According to the manufacturer, a crew of 4 covers about 800 m² per day.

Solution 4

Putty and paint spraying

High-pressure putty spraying over large areas, machine leveling, machine sanding. Over 1,500 m² per day according to the manufacturer.

Putty is machine-mixed, sprayed over large areas with a D836 or D976 high-pressure sprayer, leveled with a DM machine and finished with a sander. According to the manufacturer, a crew of 4 covers over 1,500 m² per day.
