Description

The DM-MIX is a twin-mixer spraying machine for large gypsum volumes. Its dual-motor system mixes material both horizontally and vertically, producing a thorough, even mix before pumping.

It combines a 5.5 kW mixing pump and a 3.0 kW conveying pump on 380 V, with 60 L/min output and 50 m conveying distance. The 88 L hopper takes dry mortar with no hand mixing. Spray thickness is 0.5–3 cm.

The DM-MIX is the manufacturer's machine of choice for the gypsum solution, paired with the DM Leading PRO for leveling.

Frequently asked questions

The DM-MIX has two mixing motors and a separate pump, 60 L/min versus 20–30 L/min for the D70, and needs 380 V. The D70 also takes wet material and runs on 220 V (manufacturer data).

The manufacturer classifies the DM-MIX as a gypsum machine for dry mortar. For cement mortar we recommend the PC-16, PC-18 or DP-220.
