Description

The DM Leading PRO is the core plastering machine in DERUTU's complete solutions. It levels walls up to 4.2 m high with a 110 cm plastering width per pass, using a microprocessor-controlled vertical alignment system.

A Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) combined with a 750 W servo motor and touchscreen makes operation simple and motion precise. Two 48 V DC battery packs let the machine run continuously for more than 8 hours, which is very useful on sites with unstable power; when needed it runs directly on mains power.

It has an electromagnetic brake, a modular design that is easy to assemble and dismantle, and supports an optional IoT module to collect job-site data for schedule and quality management.
