The PC-18 is the most powerful sprayer in DERUTU's PC range: a 9.2 kW motor, 45 L/min output and 50 m conveying distance. It runs on 380 V and has a 92 L hopper.
It sprays even 0.5–3 cm coats and accepts cement, premixed blends, site-mixed mortar, ready-mixed mortar and clay-based mortar. Pressure spraying presses mortar firmly into the substrate, limiting air pockets that cause hollow spots.
The PC-18 is the manufacturer's sprayer of choice for the spray and level solution, paired with the DM Leading PRO. The crew is 2 people; according to the manufacturer, the controls take about 30 minutes to learn.

The PC-18 needs 380 V. Either use a three-phase generator sized for the starting current (our technicians will advise), or choose the DP-220, which runs on 220 V.
Compare the numbers: flow, conveying distance, coat thickness, pairing with an automatic leveler, warranty and parts. If you only spray small volumes, a low-cost machine may be enough. We are happy to show the machine running so you can compare for yourself.
