Description

The CH10 is a 3D measuring robot that uses artificial intelligence to digitize indoor spaces. At each station it scans in about 3 minutes with ±1.5 mm accuracy, then automatically stitches point clouds from multiple stations and builds a spatial model of the room.

It generates statistical reports of as-built measurements following the inspection process: flatness, plumb, internal and external corners, squareness, bay and depth deviation. The CH10 works across stages: main structure, masonry and plastering.

One person can complete the survey and produce as-built drawings. Data can be uploaded to the cloud in real time so all parties share one set of numbers, reducing disputes at acceptance.

Highlights

  • 360° scan in 3 minutes

One setup covers almost the entire room.

  • ±1.5 mm

    Accurate enough for reverse modeling.

  • Automatic reports

Flatness, plumb, corners, squareness, bay and depth deviation.

  • One-person operation

Survey and as-built drawings without a survey team.

  • Cloud data

Departments share the same data; no lost handwritten notes.

  • IP54, 9 kg

Light and resistant to job-site dust and splashes.

    Frequently asked questions

The CH10 is designed for indoor measurement, with a 0.5–5 m scan range per station, for checking flatness, plumb, corners and producing room as-built drawings. Outdoor setting-out and control surveys still need dedicated survey instruments.

The CH10 generates digital reports following the inspection process (manufacturer data). Whether they are accepted in the acceptance file must be agreed in advance with the developer and the supervision consultant.
