Description

The DM-ACR-100 is DERUTU's self-driving plastering robot. It uses SLAM LiDAR positioning to map the floor, plan its route, avoid obstacles and run with a single start button.

The robot automatically sprays and plasters cement, gypsum or polymer mortar onto surfaces up to 5.7 m high. The automated process produces a uniform, dense coat with few voids. An information module enables multi-platform data connection and visual monitoring of operations.

Its dedicated AGV chassis moves in any direction, turns on the spot and crosses obstacles up to 10 cm. A frictionless rolling steering compensation mechanism (patented by the manufacturer) helps protect delicate floors such as epoxy primer.

Highlights

  • Works up to 5.7 m

Less repeated climbing on scaffolding, better safety.

  • Self-driving with SLAM LiDAR

Maps, plans routes, avoids obstacles, one-button start.

  • Multi-material

Cement, lightweight and high-strength gypsum, polymer mortar, thick fireproof coatings.

  • AGV chassis

Omnidirectional, turns on the spot, ±30° slopes, 10 cm obstacles.

  • Floor protection

Frictionless rolling steering compensation protects epoxy floors (manufacturer patent).

  • Traceable data

Visual operation monitoring and a standardized plastering process.

Manufacturer claims

  • One machine can replace more than 10 workers
  • Bond strength 2.5 times that of manual work
  • No hollow spots; zero rework rate
  • Material utilization about 95%
  • Eliminates repeated work at height, improving safety
  • Standardized plastering process with traceable data

Suitable projects

  • Factories, warehouses, logistics centers
  • Shopping centers, lobbies, halls, sports arenas
  • Large housing projects needing speed and quality records

Compatible materials

  • Thick fireproof coatings
  • Lightweight and high-strength gypsum
  • Cement mortar, premixed or site-mixed
  • Lime mortar, clay mortar
  • Polymer mortar

Best when

Best when

  • Large walls 4–5.7 m high
  • General contractors reducing work at height
  • Projects that need site data for acceptance

Think twice when

  • Cluttered floors or small rooms: the robot gains little
  • Low volume: long payback; consider spray and level plastering instead

Used in solutions

  • Solution 1

    Automated plastering system

A robot sprays mortar up to 5.7 m, a DM machine levels it: fewer people, less climbing, clear data.

Frequently asked questions

Floors need clear access routes, slopes within ±30° and obstacles no higher than 10 cm (manufacturer data). We survey the floor and drawings before recommending the robot.

The manufacturer states 5 hours of operation on the 100 Ah battery. For longer shifts, plan mid-shift charging or a spare battery; the arrangement is specified in the quote.
