The DM Leading is an automatic plastering machine for the leveling stage. Once mortar has been sprayed or applied to the wall, the machine runs along its aluminum-magnesium alloy rail and uses a microcomputer-controlled vertical alignment system to level a 110 cm wide strip per pass.
Unlike traditional plastering, it needs no guide rails. The crew only sets one reference point at the wall base for each meter of length. An electromagnetic brake locks the machine instantly when it stops, and its modular design makes it quick to dismantle and move between floors.
It runs on standard 220 V power and is controlled with mechanical knobs and a joystick, so workers pick it up easily. It is a sensible choice for standard floor heights in apartments, social housing and offices.
